Beginner Adult Drill

• Beginner Adult Drills are 5-6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings. This lesson is for beginner to advanced beginner tennis players who want to learn or practice basic technique for all shots. Lessons will be fed ball hitting and some “live” ball drills.

• Unlimited pass available, or pay per session

Adult Drill

• Adult Drills will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 7-8am and Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings at 6-7pm and Wednesday evenings 7-8pm. Minimum suggested tennis level is an NTRP 3.5 and higher for these drills. This is not a beginner drill. Drills can consist of warming-up, fed drills and playing drills.

Adult Open Play (*self-directed)

Adult Open Play is for tennis players to practice and enjoy some competition. A 3.5 or higher NTRP rating is recommended. This is not a beginner play group. A warm-up will be followed by match play. Players present can decide if singles and/or doubles are played and when partners/opponents are switched up. Advanced high school players welcome to sign up, pay (if non-member) and play.

Tuesday & Thursday evenings 6-7:30pm

• FREE for Longview members and $5.00 per session for non-members. Please check-in and pay at the desk before you play. 

• Sign up before each session through the SignUp link. Must sign-up to ensure a spot. Do not come if you are not signed up for a spot.

• You can bring your own balls or use some Longview lesson balls.

• The reserved courts for this Open Play are courts 4-6.

• If the courts are wet or it is raining, the session is cancelled.

**NEW FOR 2026**

Adult Playday

Adult Playdays are for tennis players to compete against different opponents. It's like a mini 2-hr. tournament! A 3.5 or higher NTRP rating is recommended. This is not a beginner competition group. The coach present will create the compass or round-robin style draw where everyone signed up will continue to play the entire time whether you win or lose a round. Match play format can be time-based, sets, games or tiebreaks. A 5-minute warm-up (for the first round only) will be followed by match play. Advanced high school players welcome to sign up, pay and play.

• The cost is $10.00 for Longview members and $20.00 for non-members. Please check-in and pay at the desk before you play.

• An Adult Playday is not part of the Unlimited Adult Drill pass and requires payment each time. 

• Adult Playday Dates: 6/13 Singles, 6/28 Doubles, 7/11 Singles, 8/16 Singles

• Sign up before each playday through the SignUp link here. Sign-up to ensure a spot. Do not come if you are not signed up for a spot.

• A MINIMUM of 4 players will be needed to hold the Playday. Cancellation will be made on the Longview FB page and an email from SignUp will be sent out.

• Any “No-shows” are expected to pay for their spot. Playdays will be held weather permitting
